Following the damage to the area at the bottom of C Sector during the recent floods, and concerns expressed by neighbours about the potential further damage that may be caused by the huge lorries that use the road to access the pig farm, AVC contacted the town hall to request enforcement action. In response, the town hall has requested evidence of any recent and ongoing activities. AVC will collate any evidence in the form of times and dates, photographs, truck license plates, company name and any other useful information and issue a complaint for enforcement action to be taken. If you have seen this type of activity, and have the above information please forward it to admin@avc.org.es and we will take the necessary action.

The "Asociación de Vecinos de Camposol" (AVC) is a new association that seeks to improve the neighbourhood of the urbanisation. We work on community initiatives that promote coexistence and a sense of belonging in the urbanisation:
- Advice and support in the management of public procedures and services.
- Activities and workshops to improve the quality of life of residents.
- Community projects to improve the urbanisation and its surroundings.
- Creation and maintenance of free sports facilities.
As a new association, we wish to present the vision and share our proposals with our members and seek their opinions as to what type of activities we should undertake to achieve our objectives.
The best way to do this is to invite members to a meeting at the Social Centre on Sector B at Camposol at 1pm on Friday 29th November. We will give an overview of the association, introduce you to the committee and explain how we plan to deliver on a set of proposals. Importantly, we need to learn what the members see as priorities for the upcoming year.
If you are already a member, you will receive a personal invitation to the meeting. If you would like to know about our plans and contribute to our work, please visit www.avc.org.es where you will find out about us and have the opportunity to complete the membership form and be able to join us on Friday 29th November. If you have any questions, please email us onadmin@avc.org.es or use the contact form on the website. We hope you can join us.

For the past two weeks the "Asociación de Vecinos de Camposol" has been anticipating being able to open our office at the Social Centre on Sector B. Sadly, it has not been possible as the functionary from the Town Hall who was tasked with handing over the keys, has failed to attend five separate appointments, so we are still awaiting the opportunity to set up the office and be able to provide the neighbourhood support we are offering. For more information please visit www.avc.org.es where you will be able to view the website in Spanish, English, French, Dutch and German, thanks to volunteers offering to translate the site into these languages.
Camposol 5th November 2024
The Neighbourhood Association of Camposol (AVC) met this morning with the councillor of Camposol to inform the Town Hall of the dangerous situation of the access road to Sector C due to the disappearance of asphalted areas and the earth base supporting others.
We have asked that the danger be signposted urgently and that the area be upgraded. The Councillor undertook to address the issue with the relevant department of the Town Hall, for the benefit of the neighbourhood. The councillor confirmed that she has passed it on to Civil Protection and Y to the services department.
